The views presented here are textile and fibrous. Our sausage casings have different diameters (calibers): from 45 mm to 100 mm. Currently, developments are underway to produce smaller filling gauges: from 14 mm to 40 mm. This group is used for thin, smoked, dry-cured sausages (hunting, beer whips). You can cook this sausage at home (for 10 days).

The length of the shells is from 20 cm to 2 m in the finished product. It can be changed. Sausages stuffing capacity from 500 g to 2.8 kg. A large variety of colors: white, beige, chocolate, red. Meat products are stored in natural casings for 3 days to 15 days (a group of boiled sausages), smoked, smoked – up to 90 days. Textile and fibrous shells have a longer shelf life of finished products.

Textile type of sausage casing does not contain drugs that are harmful to human health, is made of polymerized proteins and polysaccharides, sanitary and hygienic, biodegradable material. Distinguish: impenetrable, semi-permeable, permeable. Used to dry. Only for some products (smoked and dried) it is advisable to carry out pre-soaking in antiseptic solutions in order to prevent unwanted harmful microorganisms that may develop in the process of making sausage. Textile has a natural appearance, keeps its shape when stuffing with minced meat, is well klipsuetsya, does not frown when stored, is not torn when cutting. In the finished product, the shell is easily removed, permeable to smoke (depending on the type). Fibrous shells

Fibrous artificial sausage casings are moisture permeable, durable, easily removable, with different levels of adhesion, resistant to the development of harmful and moldy microorganisms, elastic, with a matte or glossy surface. Used for the manufacture of ham, smoked, cooked smoked, smoked, jerked products.
